On the order form, just fill out the "ship to" name and address to that of the gift receiver.

There is also an entry field for adding special instructions to the order: Mention "your Community Name and the Management Company Name" to receive a 10% Discount.

If you are an employee, mention "Name of the Company you work for" to receive Associa Employee Discount. Price will adjust at credit card settlement.
